my home

Where I live doesn’t matter. As long as I am with those whom I love. And for now, that is in the great Midwest, central Illinois. Surrounded by corn and bean fields, friendly neighbors and small towns, drive-in movies, ice cream shops. Colorful leaves in the fall, snow in winter, flowers in spring. With a twelve year old who paints my toenails the color of the sky, an eighteen year old who calls me “momsa,” and a husband who makes all my dreams come true. In the middle of a forest, with acorns tap-tapping my roof. This is where I live.

  7. Your right...it matters that you have people around you whom you wish to have in your Life.
Having lived in the UK, and then in Spain and now Canada...I can totally relate.
