Homemade Piecrust
I was raised with everything homemade
my mom wouldn't have to say
one word to me if I bought a piecrust
I would automatically give myself a guilt trip
I am so lucky to have been taught this by my mom
everyone always enjoys a good pie
especially when it is homemade with LOVE.

ReplyDeletemy parents are the same way, especially my dad. nothing he fixes is from a package. I have to say I didn't take on this tradition but i sure enjoy the fact that they cook from scratch.

ReplyDelete...for me homemade piecrust is the ultimate baking challenge...I always make homemade but it has never come out as good as my mother's...this Thanksgiving my sister and I taught her son and girlfriend how to make it:O
