I have often wondered how these Canada Geese
pick their mate for life?
Is it their long sleek necks
or are they
Just in Love!

ReplyDeleteGreat shot, those two look happy together
ReplyDeleteAnimals are so amazing!
ReplyDeleteI wonder that too - and penguins also mate for life. Nature is a beautiful thing sometimes.
ReplyDeleteIt is interesting because they all look so alike to me...but I guess there is something unique about each and every one that attracts them to each other!!!
ReplyDeletewith not a care in the world, holding their proud heads upon thier graceful necks. which one is the female? the one that follows or the one that leads?? cute couple this one. :)
ReplyDeletethere must be special goose trick - I can barely tell the male from female!
ReplyDeleteHow they organize themselves flying in their "V" I'll never know. We have some of your Candian geese over here on the Oregon, Washington border. I always wish I had my camera when they land or take off in a flock.
ReplyDeletethere's something most of us humans need to learn from... mating for life.
ReplyDeleteWere they approaching you?! Kuddos for not turning tail and running - what I would've done.
ReplyDeleteTraci they were running towards my husband and I, then ran right past us. Thank the Lord above for that!
