Virginia's gorgeous Blue Ridge mountains provide a backdrop to many of my landscapes. The Blue Ridge Mountains are noted for their bluish color when seen from a distance. As we approach the Fall season, the colors of the leaves turning are a sight to see.

ReplyDeleteAs a painter it's always hard to paint mountains in the distance blue...or of blue tones...but it works, as this photo just goes to show!
