I Live Here

Virginia's gorgeous Blue Ridge mountains provide a backdrop to many of my landscapes. The Blue Ridge Mountains are noted for their bluish color when seen from a distance. As we approach the Fall season, the colors of the leaves turning are a sight to see.

  10. As a painter it's always hard to paint mountains in the distance blue...or of blue tones...but it works, as this photo just goes to show!

  14. i love mountains and barns. we've got lots of barns here in central illinois, but no mountains...or hills. this is a great pic!

  17. Fabulous shot - I come from an area with barns and I miss them. Wasn't lucky enough though to have mountains close by. Terrific combination!
