Where I Live...Would blow your mind.

Doesn't look like much now.

You would see who has more power.

  10. I agree. Sitting out there listening to air being moved is nothing short of amazing. Its a strange but surreal feeling that something bigger than us could give us a feeling of peace.

  13. Hmmmmm, I would really like to hear the wind moving though a field of windmills. Does it sound like humming or does it roar?

  15. i've seen these! we went to the pumpkin patch next to them last year. we have some not too far from here. i really like watching the big semi trucks go up and down the highway with all those big parts. watching them on the exit ramps is pretty funny too. i feel badly for the drivers.

  18. Like the perspective of the house compared to the windmill. Never seen these in person.

  19. I love the photo, especially with the farmhouse as perspective. Am not so sure I'd love to live near them, though. I think that whoosh, whoosh, whoosh would do my head in after a short while.

  21. We just recently drove through Indiana and saw the windmill farms. I tried to take photos of them from the car window (going 70 miles an hour ... tricky) and, of course, never got anything close to what I wanted. THIS is the shot I would have loved to have gotten! They are impressive and beautiful in a strange way. Marvelous!
