Windows and doors are all around me.
My office is right across from an abandoned mill, and I love imagining all of the activity and business that used to go on there. Strangely enough, I still think it is beautiful (especially in yesterday's evening light)
even without the activity.

ReplyDeleteI am home visiting my mother in Columbus, GA, which was a huge mill town, of all kinds! Many of the mills are now being converted to apartments and lofts. This is a great picture.

ReplyDeleteOld abandoned buildings talk to me as well. They seem to say..."we have a story to tell...ask us what you will." I love the mystery that surrounds them.
