Always the abandoned ones,
the ones everyone walks past.
But not for my precious daughter.
These are the pieces she picks up time and time again,
Runs to me and says "MOMMY, LOOK A BEAUTIFUL SHELL!"
And she's right, they are beautiful.
These pieces collected over the years sit in a glass jar on my desk.
I look at them daily and smile.
Life is full of broken pieces
But put them together and they make something beautiful.
i needed those words of advice today.
