A Season of Reflections

It is a time of reaping, of gathering, of putting up the fruits of the season.
It is also a time of reflection -- season as metaphor for life.
Who is this woman I see in the mirror?
What has she done, what will she accomplish
Before the winds of winter sweep away the dying leaves?

  7. Wonderful photo. I just adore autumn reflections and was so disheartened to not get many when on our vacation last week. Too windy, and rainy, for the stillness I was seeking. Beautiful shot.

  8. An autumn season is always a season of great change. The dying of some things and then new things come where the old have been. This is a lovely thoughtful post, both in word and picture. Thank you
