My Treasure is Time

 

I have trinkets, letters, cards and photos of 

loved ones. Although I cherish them, the most treasured thing

 for me is the time that I have spent with family and friends!

The times when I have done good things , the times 

when I have challenged myself! Seven years ago brought a sudden unexpected

change to my health, An ambulance ride and a hospital stay later,

I realized my greatest treasure in life, and that was time.

Time to slow down, time to appreciate the simple things,

Time to live ,love,laugh,share, I wish I knew this 

sooner in life, I may have spent more time with people I have loved.

Every moment I remember is a treasure, I don't keep them in a box.

I keep them with me wherever I go!

I plan on collecting treasures for a very long time.
